Object - the automated systems instruments for developing universal and specialized automated computer's systems; the purpose - designing instruments for developing computer's systems based on algebra-grammatical models representation of knowledge; methods - the theory of of algorithms, the theory of algebraic systems, the abstract and structure theory of automatic machines, the theory of formal languages and grammars; novelty - the SAA/D language is expanded by means of the user's interactive facilities and computer systems; the algorithms are developed which connect any procedural program language to SAA/D; the method of getting the device's specifications from SAA/D-schema is proposed; the methods of support of spiraled life cycle of computer systems are developed; results - simplification of developing computer's systems, decreasing time of developing and material resources for developing; it is introduced - the limited company "Sonar", at social organization "Rozvitok", and also into education process of the Kherson national technical university; branch - information technologies.
