Kobyelyev V. Development of methods of economic estimation of industrial products

Object of research: managerial processes by a production efficiency and consumption of industrial products. The purpose of research: the purpose of research is development of theoretical approaches and recommendations concerning development of methods of an economic estimation at a substantiation of manufacture and use of the new and advanced designs of asynchronous engines. Methods of research and the equipment: methods of the system analysis, scientific abstraction and generalization, the marketing analysis and grouping, synthesis and analogy, economic-mathematical modeling. Theoretical and practical results, novelty: for the first time the complex approach of definition of the cost price of new designs of electro technical products on a design stage with simultaneous application of methods of differentiation and aggregation with use of the generated base equivalent model of a new product is offered; Methods of an establishment of the prices at the manufacturer on new products in which basis least ofpossible the price generated in view of risks of inflationary expectations and the minimal opportunities of updating of manufacture is put are advanced; model of forecasting of charges at use of the new and advanced designs of asynchronous engines in real conditions of operation on the basis of the approach which considers market segments, a condition and operating modes; methodical aspects of an economic estimation are advanced by development, manufacture and use of new products which provide use of the offered investment-budget grid formation of a pure monetary stream which objectively recreates all possible directions of incomes and charges; Methodical recommendations concerning a substantiation of the extra charge for risk at definition of factor of discounting depending on concrete market operating conditions of the enterprises which provide the account of dependence of a degree of risk from the size of inflationary expectations, requirements concerning the size of the future profit; interpretation of theoretical aspects of definition of essence and the contents of concepts "effect" and "efficiency" and interrelations between them in view of rates of changes of expenses and the results of activity reached with their help. Practical value of the received results consists in creation and realization of methodical maintenance concerning improvement of an economic estimation of an industrial output. A degree of introduction: the methodical recommendations offered in the dissertation concerning an estimation of working costs in view of conditions and operating modes of asynchronous electric motors are used at definition of the price of consumption of public corporation of special design bureau "Ukrelektromash". Methodical development concerning definition of a price level and an economic estimation the asynchronous electric motors by their manufacture and use were approved and introduction in work of public corporation "Ukrelektromash", and also are applied to a deepening of methodical maintenance of educationalprocess by preparation of experts on specialities "Economy of the enterprise" and "Management of the organizations" in National technikal univercity "Kharkov polytechnic institute". The offered techniques are recommended by Central administrative board of industrial politics Kharkov region administration to introduction in work of the industrial enterprises of the Kharkov area.
