The thesis is devoted to some theoretical and practical problems of realization of a legal status of the prosecutor in the administrative procedure. The nature, features and structure of admininistrative procedure studied. The researches examined peculiarities and importance of the activity of the prosecutor office to provide legitimacy in administrative procedure. The analysis is developed as to some characteristics of law regulation and prosecutor’s experience in administrative procedure related to administrative offence.
