Tuluzov O. Increase of efficiency of earth-moving and transport machines of cyclic action (on the example of buldozers)

Subject of research: Processes of blunting of bulldozer with soil and it efficiency. Aim of research: increase of efficiency of bulldozers for: improvement of working equipment; studying of the process of knife blunting resistance; increase of reliability; forming of rational composition of type size rows of earth-moving and transport machines are considered.Methods of research: The theoretical part employs methods for solving differential equations and mathematical statistics. The experimental part employs the computer tensometrical method.Equipment: Pentium - 3,6 MHz, 512 Mb OZU, tenzoplate, PD-20.The teoretical and practical results. The thesis is devoted to stating of possibilities of increasing of efficiency of bulldozers through improvement of working equipment (blade of bulldozer), ratio correction of height of blade its width, studying of the process of knife blunting resistance. Except for it, the questions of estimation of reliability of machines, forming of rational composition of type sizerows of earth-moving and transport machines are considered. Implementation level. Results of investigations performed have been implemented and are being used in designing at Kharkiv Tractor Plant, "Ukrainavtodor". Field: machine-manufacturing.
