Maksimentseva N. Legal provision for hazardous waste treatment

In the dissertation author investigated legal nature, complex of definitions and legal provision of hazardous waste treatment. Throughout her analysis author designates definitions of hazardous waste, essential signs that qualify activities in the field of hazardous waste, legal nature and specifics of jural relations with regard to hazardous waste treatment as an object for legal regulation. Author carried out a profound study of legal forms with respect to hazardous waste treatment; she also advanced proposals for improvement of the forms of hazardous waste treatment set forth in acting laws as well as enforcement of modern mechanisms for legal provision of hazardous waste treatment which are laid down in international laws, acts of foreign countries and laws of the European Union.
