The dissertation is dedicated to the research of legal nature, indications and defenition of termination of private estate in parcel of land in sense of legal result and legal process. Dissertation determines legal substance, indications and criteria for delimitation of legal appearance - case, ground, condition, order, moment of termination of private estate in parcel of land. As a result of research the author scientific classification of cases and grounds of termination of private estate in parcel of land has been conducted. The grounds, conditions, order of termination of private estate in parcel of land, their legal analysis in most widespread and actual cases are determined in dissertation.
