Dissertation is devoted to a question of studying of lipids, proteins, and also to antioxidant system changes in children with meningitises (purulent and serous), viral encephalitises and encephalitic reaction depending on a period of disease. There were 138 patients of infantile age with meningitises, encephalitises and encephalitic reaction under our observation; possibility of correction of free-radical lipids, proteins oxidation and also antioxidant system with use of mexidolum preparation of antioxidant action is researched.
