Stock market. Substantiation deepening of conceptual and theoretical foundations for market value of stock prognostication on domestic fund market, developing of recommendations concerning improvement of legislative and methodical guaranteeing of market value of stock prognostication in Ukraine and concerning rising of information clarity of domestic fund market. Methods: deductive, economic-mathematical methods, methods of financial reporting analysis. The stocks essence and the role of incorporated capital in corporations activity and in countries of the world economy where defined, it was learned the approaches to stocks value estimation, accents attention at influence estimation of microeconomic and macroeconomic fundamental factors on forming of market value of stocks for joint stock companies in Ukraine. It was developed a methodic for prognostication of market value of Ukrainian companies stocks taking into accounting peculiarities of domestic stock market. On real data there was investigated the possibilities and discovered the problems interfering with taking of technical stocks analysis in Ukraine. It was developed the recommendations concerning improvement of national information exposure system, which will contribute to augmentation of information clarity of domestic stock market attached to prognostication of stocks market value.
