Finance and economic relations arising in management process of small enterprises financial resources in conditions of transformational changes in Ukraine economy. Complex research of methodological management bases for financial resources of small enterprise and development of scientifically founded suggestions concerning the effectiveness rising of their forming and using in market economy conditions. Methods: scientific abstraction and historical method, inductions and deductions, analysis and synthesis, supervision, groupment, economic-mathematical modelling. Dissertation is devoted to scientific task solution for financial resources management of small busuness undertakings subjects in conditions of market relations formation and development. It was discovered the improvement ways of financial resources management for small owner's structures. It was improved the financial resources management system, which will provide full mobilization of small busuness undertakings subjects internal reserves owing to effective using of own and involved financial funds. It was developed a scheme of leasing crediting to small business subjects and loan financing scheme of small enterprises, which are credit associations shareholders. It was offered an economic-mathematical model, which enables optimising a sources structure of financial resources of small busuness undertakings subjects.
