Savchenko O. Development of steels corrosion inhibitors on the basis of modified mustard oil

Object - corrosion steels in excited environments at the action of inhibitor compositions on the basis of products of modification vegetable oils; methods - corrosion, adsorption, spectral researches, computer calculations; novelty - scientific bases of creation new effective inhibitors are developed by updating vegetable oils which provide anticorrosive protection of steel in excited environments with different рН, show biological activity, improve protective properties of coverings, satisfy modern ecological requirements; for the first time the influence of 2-ethyl and 2-аrylbenzimidazoles on effectiveness of sulphated vegetable oils is established and replacement of benzimidazol derivatives on firm waste products of mustard oil manufacture is proved; the mechanism of action inhibitors is investigated, recommendations for reception of corrosion-resistant coatings are scientifically proved; results - on the basis of sulphated mustard oil new inhibitors corrosion with additives derivative benzimidazol(MГ - ЧДТУ - patent of Ukraine № 8626) or waste products of manufacture of mustard oil (МГС) are developed; inhibitors and paint and varnish materials are entered at the enterprises of Ukraine; area - chemical, paint and varnish industry and etc.
