Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of in-fluence of nanocompositions of salicylaliminates and fullerenes C60 on immune system both at experimental animals without tumors and under development of solid tumour sarcoma 37, and also to the problem of rising of antitumoral efficacy of autovaccine made on the basis of products of synthesis of B. subtіlіs B-7025 with the help of nanocomposition of fullerene C60. Nanocompositions of aerosil raise survival rate of animals and inhibit growth of tumour, stimulate substantial increase of cyto-toxic activity of lymphocytes, raise level of antitumoral antibodies, invoke activation of peritoneal macrophages. Modification of antitumoral vaccine with the help nano-composition of fullerene C60 considerably raises its anti-tumoral properties due to stimulation of specific immu-nity and non-specific factors of protection.
