Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the study peculiarities of diagnostics and treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) with athypical manifestation. It was developed normal indexes of 24-hour esophageal pH-monitoring. It was tested and improved an express-method of diagnostics and control of treatment of GERD. Main predictors of athypical manifestation were disclosed, such as erosions, hyatal hernia and concomitant vertebral pathology.
