Essay

The object is female patients with the tumor of genitals. The aim is to determine the efficiency of the B. Poton's method of the biological tissues welding in the oncological operations by the way of comparising the traditional methods and electrosurgical ones. The methods are the high-frequent electrosurgical welding of vessels and tissues; general clinical; morphologic, histochemical and morphometric ones. The novelty is the first introduction of the B. Poton's method of tissues electrosurgical welding in surgical treatment of the oncogynecologic diseases in the clinical practice in Ukraine: the pathogenic mechanism of hemostasis during the biological welding of tissues has been established for the first time; the advantages of the operations with the application of the B. Poton's electrosurgical method have been shown in comparison with the traditional ones according to the basic clinical parameters of an operation: duration, hemorrhage, intracomplications and early postoperative complications. Theresults are the following: an actual for the practical health care task of the application of high-frequent electrosurgical welding at the performing of oncogynecologic operations in patients with benign and malignant tumors has been solved; the new method of abdominal hysterectomy has been designed and introduced; the new information about the special features of the hemostasis and the uterus reparation, of the ligamentous apparatus at the application of the high-frequent electrosurgical welding has been received. It has been introduced in practice of the Donetsk Regional Antitumoral center, the recovery of the reproductive functions department of the V. Gusak Institute of the urgent and reproductive surgery, the Mariupol Oncological Dispensary, at the department of obstetrics and gynecology № 1 of the M.Gorky State Medical University, Donetsk.
