Bogachova O. Lawmaking process in Ukraine: improvement issues

The manuscript presents the research of the issues of the lawmaking process and the ways of its improvement. The author studies the problems provided integrity and consistency of the lawmaking process. Namely they are: observance of the lawmaking principles defined by legal science; scientific support of the lawmaking process; normative regulation of the lawmaking process; creation of efficient mechanisms of participation of persons involved in the lawmaking process; development of the unified structure of the lawmaking process (its stages and phases); forecast and planning activity; improvement of the initiation of laws registration, preparation and consideration of laws procedures; study of the lawmaking efficiency; improvement of the existing legislation; development of the unified legal, technique, terminology and language requirements for law drafting; increas of the lawmakers' legal culture and professionalism; use of the comparative study and foreign experience in lawmaking. The thesis containsconceptual provisions, justified proposals and conclusions on the examined matters.
