Panchenko J. Geopolitical Positioning of Ukraine in the process of Eurointegration

Dissertational work is devoted to the political analysis of Ukraine's geopolitical positioning in the process of eurointegration, the researching of the interdisciplinary approach to the problem in the context of geopolitical information paradigm, studying of geopolitical versions of sovereignty, buffer conceptions and multiorientations of foreign policy, the researching of transatlantic strategy of international cooperation of Ukraine (USA, NATO), regional part of Ukrainian geopolitical information sphere (EU), the analyzing of the Russian-Ukrainian geopolitical confrontations problems on the level of foreign policy conceptions, the researching of information dimension of Ukrainian bilateral relations with EU member-states, the working up of visual model of Ukrainian geopolitical positioning in the process of Eurointegration. It is proved, that Ukraine is potentially important geopolitical "actor" for EU member-states. But Ukraine is not actually an independent subject of geostrategy with real instruments of international decisions. It is important to provide in Ukraine the effective geopolitical positioning in the process of Eurointegration in order to bring about the strategical aim of integration to EU. In dissertation it is presented the heuristic visual model of Ukraine's geopolitical positioning in the virtual spaces of European integration.
