Kolomiets O. Transforming of the state political ideology in the context of the fight against the international terrorism: problems and decisive strategies

The research investigates the transformation of the state political ideology under the influence of international terrorism. Taking into account the variety and diversity of social and political changes, the analysis was carried out in the following directions: a) the historical background of contemporary changes in political ideology; b) the synthesis of techniques of the state political ideology in the conditions of crisis as the consequence of terrorist attacks; c) the political process of transforming (the right-side shift) of democratic fundamentals of the society; d) the construction of mechanisms (model of forming the state political ideology during the crisis; e) new social and political morals for the mankind after terrorist attacks of Islamizes in Great Britain (July, 2005), Spain (March, 2004), Russia (October, 2002; September, 2004; October, 2005), the USA (September, 2001). During dissertational research were considered questions of staring the noopolitical technologies in solving crisis situations related fight against with international terrorism. Also on the basis of the analysis of noopolitical technologies and its influence on political ideology of the state, the conceptions were considered - its exploitation in solving social-political extreme situations, in particular in time of executing the terrorist attacks. Moreover the research illustrates that the political ideologies of the world leading countries: Great Britain, Spain, Russia, the USA and France after the terrorist attacks during the period between been 2001 and 2005 have transformed to some extent from democracy to authoritarianism. Looking through the potential threat of evolving at actions of international and terrorism in Ukraine, the recommendations that were proposed on how to prevent terrorism in Ukraine: developing adequate national low base on fighting against terrorism in accordance with world experience of the states that actively fight against terrorism.
