The manuscript is devoted to the increasing efficacy of the dentine hyperesthesia (HD) treatment in patients with periodontal disease using defferentiative approach to its treatment, based on combine influence on its main pathogenic mechanismsThe new data about clinical peculiarities and pathogenesis of the HD in periodontal disease were obtained. The algorithm for diagnosis and treatment as well as the new treatment methods based on Calcemin and Sensodine-F tooth paste were worked out. Results. An application of differentiated approaches to HD treatment in patients with periodontal disease made it possible to eradicate its signs after treatment in 98% patients and also promotes the stabilization of the pathologic process in periodontal tissues. In early terms of observation (up to 1 year) the signs of HD were absent in 95% patients, in remote terms (after 3 years) - in 87% patients
