Drobot N. Financial Mechanism of Dairy Products Export and Import within of Ukraine's joining to the WTO

Dissertation is devoted to the inspection of the theoretical and practical aspects of the financial mechanism of dairy products export-import in the conditions of Ukraine's joining to the WTO. Essence of the financial mechanism of the agricultural and food products export and import is determined. Classification of the financial mechanism's components after the level of legislation is introduced. Analysis of the legislative and normative base for the regulation of milk and diary products export-import on accordance with the requirements of the WTO is performed. Trends and common connection of the prices of domestic and world market for milk and diary products in the process of trade liberalization are explored. The influence of the export-import financial mechanism on the competitiveness of the diary products, state of the domestic market and food security of the country are discovered. Directions of the export-import financial mechanism improvement and levers of practical usage in the conditions of Ukraine's joining to the WTO are suggested.
