Object - the system of social defence and its finansiaiensuriti; aim - the complex evaluating of finansial ensuring of social devence and determination the direction of its improving; methods - scientific induction and deduction, statistics methods, comparison, generalization, analysis and synthesis, modelization; results - the theoretical basis has been improved and practical recommendations on improvement of financial ensuring of Ukrainian population social defense have been worked out; novelty - the conceptual approaches of financial ensuring as complex notion have been formulated, the stage of economic factors influence on the living standards and social defense has been determined; the definition of living-wage has been improved; the forms, methods and sources of financial ensuring of social defense have been developed; implemented - into the activity of local state bodies; sphere - financial and social.
