Мelnyk O. Moral foundations of procedure in pre-trial stages of Criminal Law of Ukraine

Об'єкт дослідження - moral foundations of social relationship, which take place during the activity of persons that perform functions of criminal process at the pre-trial stage of criminal process in Ukraine. Мета дослідження - development of the theoretical and practical statements of the moral principles to be used in pre-trial criminal process, formulation of the recommendations for effective performing of the investigating actions. Методи дослідження - general scientific dialectic method, legal historical method, system and structural method, law comparative method, historical and sociological methods. Наукова новизна - ethical principle of the pre-trial activity was learned complexly, including process of investigation activity; a new terminology ''legal moral principles'' was offered; the necessity and the possibility of the prohibit for the conduction of the searches or confiscations with witnesses who are 14 years old. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - conclusions from the dissertation may be used in scientific and research work, in law enforcement activity, in study process for vocational training. Ефективність впровадження - positive estimation of the dissertation research.
