Essay

Multimass rotor of centrifugal machine, that is revolved in the annular seals. Development of the specified methods of calculation of hydrodynamic characteristics and vibration state of rotor in the annular seals. Methods of research of hydrodynamics of viscid liquid, methods of theory of vibrations and stability, methods of initial parameters, method of Monte Carlo, statistical methods. Influence of geometrical and structural parameters of annular seals is explored on dynamic characteristics of centrifugal pump rotor. Mathematical model of annular seal and rotor in the annular seals taking into account the technological and operating changes of parameters of seals are developed. Validity of created materials has experimental grounds.Method and program of calculation is used in «VNIIAEN», Sumy. Can be used on industrial enterprises, in project institutes and educational process.
