Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development of resource-savings technologies of preparation and sintering of agglomeration charge containing a high share of ferriferous waste and thin-dispersed materials. The parameters of the material movement in the cross-section of a drum, producing pellets are studied in the research. For the first time the optimal specific dynamic loadings on granules have been investigated in analytical calculated and experimental ways Theoretical and practical bases of technologies of preparation and charge sintering, containing a high share of metallurgical waste are supplemented. The technologies of charge sintering, containing steel-smelting slime and slag have been introduced into practice of agglomeration manufacture in "PLC" Dneprovsky Iron and Steel Integrated Works (named after F. Dzerhinsky) For the first time the theoretical bases of ignition technology under condition of energy distribution of the incendiary forge on radiating and convective components have beendeveloped. For the first time using calculated and experimental methods the interrelation between thickness of fire-bar and active section of a grid-irons lattice under the conditions of an admissible fire-bar space has been determined. The new design of a fire-bar is developed and introduced into practice on 3 agglomeration machines in "PLC" Dneprovsky Iron and Steel Integrated Works (named after F. Dzerhinsky). More than 19,9 million tons of agglomerate and 7,7 million tons of pig-iron have been produced owing to these technologies and construction.
