The thesis is devoted to the problem of diagnostics methods improvement and the increasing of chronic hepatitis C treatment efficacy in children based on the identification of clinicohemodynamic disorders features depending on the disease phase and the activity degree of the given pathology.The CHC clinical course in children is characterized by the liver hemodynamic disorder,early signs have a place in view of hepatitis with minimum activity degree with their gradual increase to the extent of the pathological process severity. We've determined the changes of intrahepatic hemodynamics depending on the liver fibrosis stage.The complex therapy realization including thiotriazolin leads to the liver hemodynamic restoration.
