Gorb-Gavrilchenko I. Features of development, clinic and treatment of generalized parodontitis at the women after ovariоektomy.

The complex research of a condition of fabrics of parodontis at 108 women after total ovariоektomy and 25 women with normal ovariоektomied function is carried out. It is estab-lished, that the activity of process of osteoporosis in alveolar bone grows in terms through 3, and in particular in 5 years after ovariоektomy.It is proved, that at the women after total ovariоektomy, patients on generalized parodontitis, are formed small active, middle active and active fires of osteoporosis in alveolar bone and it is established the reasons of their forma-tion. Are developed differentiationally circuits of complex treatment of generalized parodontitis on a background surgical menopause, depending on activity of process of osteoporosis in alveolar bone. It is established, that to the women after total ovariоektomy, the patient on generalized parodontitis, with little active process of osteoporosis in bone structures of parodonte shows monotherapy by osteotropic preparation "Calcium-D3 Nikomed", at presence inalveolar partitions be-tween teeth of fires of average and high activity in addition to osteotropic therapy, the application of hormonal replacemen-tial therapy ("Рrogynova").
