Cows of the new specialized Ukrainian dairy breeds. The factors, influencing the content of fat in milk and fat yield of cows. General linear modeling, zootechnical, statistical. The features and parameters of influence of a complex basic genetic and non-genetic factors on the fat content and fat yield of cows of the new Ukrainian specialized dairy breeds are determined. The methods are developed and the models can be used for forecasting milk production traits, planning of selection process, realization of effective selection.
