Moskalyk O. The possible risk faktors and prophylactic of larynx cancer in patients at the age under 50 who had contacts with hazardous substances during their professional activity

Object - larynx cancer in patients at the age under 50. The purpose - improvement of prophylactic of larynx cancer and detachment of risk groups. Methods - clinical, epidemiological, morphological, statistical. Novelty - It is presented for the first time in this thesis that the contingent of patients with larynx cancer contains a considerable rate of young people (at the age under 50), who in their professional activity have contacts with a considerable range of hazardous substances and their compounds and besides that they smoke; among these one can often find welders (24,7%), drivers (23,6%), metalworkers and turners (15,8%). Results - Larynx cancer more often is observed not only in patients at advanced or old age but also at young age (under 50), and mainly in males (93,3%). Takes root into clinical practice and in educational process of medical educational institutions.
