Essay

Technological process of Blast Furnace melting. New slag formation processes regularities revealing on the basis of the analysis of known theoretical aspects and own experimental researches of melts formation features. Development and inculcation in manufacture of new approaches for the decision of tasks of optimization of burden composition, providing a rational slag mode and melt of pig-iron of necessary quality. Physical and chemical and mathematical modeling, experimental high-temperature researches of properties iron ore materials. On the basis of the theory of physical and chemical modeling metallurgical melts the technique of forecasting of properties iron ore materials, composition and properties of early slags and final slags is evolved. Algorithms and programs of system "Forecast" are developed. and inculcated on "Mittal Steel Кривой Рог". Metallurgy.
