Object - electrostatic drawing finely dispersed glass enamels powders on think sheets of low-carbon steel; aim - development of scientific bases of a synthesis fusible soil glass frits for reception of two-layer coverings of unitary roasting on low-carbon steel of a domestic production on energy-and resource keep production engineering of pow-dered electrostatic enamelling; methods of research - a complex of standard physical and chemical methods; results and novelty - for the first time are developed the basic crite-ria of a synthesis fusible soil frit for production engineer-ing of electrostatic powdered enamelling usual low-carbon steel; Regularity of effect alkaline and alkalaine-earth ox-ides on electric properties of finely dispersed powders of fusible glasses of system Na2O-K2O-Li2O-BaO-CaO-B2O3-SiO2; are scientifically proved and experimentally established; principles of a synthesis fusible soil frit with tall electro resistance on the basis of glass matrix R2O-RO-(B2O3+SiO2) due to maintenanceof developing proc-ess polyalkaline and polyalcatione effects with the estab-lished relationship alkaline and alkaline-earth oxide are developed; the composition of the complex activator of the clutch which contains a minimum quantity oxide СоО and NiО is developed and provides necessary reactivity of soil melt at temperature of roasting 800-820?С due to ad-ditional introduction MnO2 and Fe2O3; For the first time technological parameters of reception of two-layer cover-ings of unitary roasting on the basis of the synthesized soil and white titanic enamel on details of household plates from low-carbon sheet steel are developed and experimen-tally completed; introduction - a heading in manufacture of the enamelled products; branch - manufacture of the enam-elled details of home appliances.
