3. Object – the processes of hydration of gypsum plaster, hardening and structure formation of mortars on its basis. The purpose - development of dry building mixes on the basis of gypsum and increase of time of their suitability at the expense of using of the complex additives on the basis of secondary products of sugar and gas industry. Methods on investigations are the special and standard ones, x-ray phase analysis. The novelty – it is theoretically proved and experimentally confirmed the opportunity of reception of the dry setting retader of gypsum on basis of molasses and carbider silt, the complex additive with the increased functional properties is developed; the area of rational composihons of dry gypsum mixes on the basis of gypsum plaster with the developed complex additive is determined. Results - the composition of the complex setting retaber of gypsum plaster on basis of molasses and carbider silt is determined; formulations of dry gypsum mixes on the basis of gypsum plaster with the developed complex additive for spackling and plastermg are developed.
