The elaboration of principles for predicting inclinations of separately standing square foundations within the framework of rated scheme of soil base in a form of ultimate thickness layer considering rheologic process in a bed (including filtration consolidation and soil skeleton creep). Research methods are experimental and theoretically. Scientific newness lies in offering the algorithm to determine inclinations of non-centrally loaded foundations within the framework of footing model in a form of linear resilient medium for rated schemes of ultimate thickness soil layer and absolutely resilient foundation. We have elaborated practical recommendations to rate general inclinations of the mentioned above foundations considering filtration consolidation and soil skeleton creep.
