AshonTatyana P. Innovative Activity of Ukraine in the Context of the International Scientific and Technical Cooperation

The object of research is development of the world and national innovative sphere in a context of the strengthening of the international scientific and technical cooperation. The purpose of dissertational work is the development of scientific - practical approaches on activization of innovative activity of Ukraine in conditions of international scientific and technical cooperation for maintenance of constant of the state social and economic development and integration into world economic system on the basis of equal in rights cooperation. Methods of the research are dialectic method of scientific knowledge, methods of analysis and synthesis, comparative and economic-mathematical, generalizations of the data, statistical analysis, the system approach, method of the structural analysis. Theoretical results are consist in improvement of existing theoretical and methodological positions, development of scientific - practical approaches on activization of innovative activity of Ukraine in conditions of globalization of the world market of technologies. Practical results are consist in development of recommendations and actions on activization of participation of Ukraine in the international economic space on macro and microlevels. Scientific novelty: for the first time the structural base model of national innovative system in conditions of scientific and technical cooperation is offered; the model of optimization of state regulation of national customs policy concerning import of the high-tech goods is developed; the definition of the concept " innovative activity of the country " is advanced; the approaches to definition of the international scientific and technical cooperation are advanced in view of deepening of the scientific - innovative contents of the economic growth; the approaches to formation of the mechanism of innovative sphere institutional infrastructures functioning in Ukraine have received the further development; the further development conceptual approaches to definition of strategy of innovative development of Ukraine economy have received. The degree of introduction: the results of research are used by The department of external economic relations and european integration of the main department on questions of the European integration, external relations and attraction of investments of Donetsk regional state administration, Donetsk Chamber of commerce and industry, Donetsk innovative center of regional state administration, Regional information -analytical affiliate center of the National institute of strategic researches in Donetsk region, Institute of economy of industry of NAS of Ukraine, Joint-Stock Company " Donetskstal - DMZ ", in educational process of Donetsk state university of management.
