Essay

Object of research are non-stationary processes in medical monitoring systems. The purpose of research is creation of information technology on the basis of model development, a method and a technique of data processing of daily arterial pressure monitoring (DAPM) and pulse of the patient. Methods of researches: methods of probability theory and mathematical statistics, the theory of artificial neural networks, theories of mass service, calculus mathematics. Scientific novelty and practical value: 1) the model of process DAPM is offered on the basis of continuous in time and discrete in spacious марковских and кусочно-марковских circuits; 2) it is offered to consider new parameters - indexes DAPM estimations of functions of change arterial pressure (AP) intensity and pulse and factors of analytical ratio for functions of risk of a pulse and AP presence in the certain zones of the control; 3) The method of diagnostics uniting Markov chains and artificial neural networks in system DAPM is developed; 4)the technique of research and the analysis of variability the AP and pulse is developed on the basis of newly introduced parameters - DAPM indexes; 5) the information technology of the analysis of process of pulse and AP change is developed on the basis of mathematical model which unites Markov chains and artificial neural network; 6) it is created the information modelling program environment "NeuroModelDBPM" of group and individual diagnostics on the basis of the analysis of DAPM parameters variability.
