Research taxonomic structures by the method of biochemical genic marking has proved, that in Danube and accordingly in Black Sea lives not less than 4 species.. It is proved, that in morphological structure of Black sea shad the specific transformations took place, which have touched both proportions of a body, and meristic characters.It was expressed in essential increase in average indices of length and weights bodies, displacement of a parity of sexes to side of females. These changes, most probably, are connected with decrease of density of a population as a result of an excessive crafand it is the indicator of menaced states of the Danube population of the Alosа pontica.
