This thesis is devoted to the subsequent development of the spectral theory of generalized Toeplitz kernels. Integral representation for the positive definite generalized Toeplitz kernels, which values are both complex numbers and bounded operators in the separable Hilbert space, has been obtained/ The proof of such representation is based on the spectral decomposition theory by general eigenfunctions of a corresponding differential operator acting in Hilbert space constructed according to such kernel.
