In this manuscript on the grounds of the polarization interference mapping the relationship in between the statistical moments set of the 1st - 4th orders and log-log dependencies of the power spectra has being under research which describes the optical and geometrical structure of the external and internal components of the biological tissues with statistical and fractal parameters ensemble of their polarization maps and Mueller-matrix images.
