Banha V. Substantiation and optimization of parameters of the mobile concentrated forage distributing and metering device for the individual rationed cows feeding

Dissertation is devoted to the questions of distribution and dosage of the mixed fodders. The existing designs of the distributors and friable feed metering devices as well as the scientific papers devoted to the problem have been analyzed. The necessity of working out of the automated individual mixed fodder distributor and dosage device with the cone-blade tool has been proved. The design of the automated individual fodder distributing and metering device was developed. The theoretical analysis of the technological process of distribution and dosage of the mixed fodder has been carried out. The design and technological parameters of the distributing and metering device as well as the mode of operation have been defined. Substantiation and optimization of the latter have been done. The efficiency of operation of the automated individual mixed fodder distributor and dosage device has been proved by the experimental research.
