Object of research is managerial process in human potential of the state. The purpose of research is development of the concept of modelling of human potential of the state which contains a complex of economic-mathematical models and methods of increase of a management efficiency the intellectual capital for maintenance of economic growth of the country. Methods - a method of cost of the capital, the normalized gradient, statistical methods, methods of the economic analysis, a method of age movement. Results: the concept of modelling of human potential, model of economic growth of multistructure industrial sector of economy, a method of measurement of the intellectual capital of macroeconomic system, a method of measurement of the intellectual capital of microeconomic system, economic-mathematical model of functioning of an education system as factor of growth of the human capital, system of support of decision-making of management of the intellectual capital. Novelty: for the first time the concept ofmodelling of human potential as factor of increase of efficiency of economic system is developed on the basis of priority directions of development of a society, with use of the system approach in management that provides realization of strategy of long-term economic growth of the state; the model of economic growth of multistructure industrial sector of economy is developed on the basis of use of the generalized model of interbranch balance and use of available volume of the human capital that allows to increase volumes of the received added cost of economic system; has received the further development a method of measurement of the intellectual capital of macroeconomic system on the basis of an establishment of competitive advantages of the human, organizational and consumer capital which allow to receive additional increase in the added cost of spheres of material and non-material manufacture; method of measurement of the intellectual capital of microeconomic system which is based on a complex estimation of a financial condition and cost of own capital that allows to raise efficiency of functioning of the subject of managing; it is advanced economic-mathematical model of functioning of an education system as factor of growth of the human capital in view of tendencies of demographic development that allows to raise its efficiency; system of support of decision-making of management of the intellectual capital, based on planning of innovational activity and providing increase of human potential of the state.
