Object of research - newly detected pulmonary tuberculosis; the purpose - increase of efficiency of treatment patients with newly detected pulmonary tuberculosis complicated by renal dysfunction on the basis of its correction; methods - clinical, radiological, microbialogic, biochemical, statistical; novelty - it was study the status of renal function and renin-angiotensin-aldosteron system in patients with lung tuberculosis; outcomes - it were established features of pulmo-renal dysfunction with damage of renal transport of sodium and potassium, which were not removed under standard chemotherapy. Efficacy of chemotherapy of this patients was decreased with longer terms of sputum conversion and healing of caverns. Patogenetic treatment complex with reosorbilact, flavanoids and flower pollen inreased treatment results on 22% for healing of caverns at 6 months of treatment.
