Essay

The bioregulatory stereotypes of the action of physiologically-active compounds, exposed on the various biological and model systems. Exposure of bioregulatory stereotype of the action of physiologically-active compounds on descriptions of the monostratified tapes physical and structural and chemical from fospholipids and whey albumen of bull. Methods of even compression of Langmuir monolayers, electrophoreses, cluster analysis, method of artificial neuron networks, mathematical treatment of results. The bioregulatory influence of modulators of adenylate cyclase and Ca-dependent polyphosphoinositide signaling systems of cell on the meanings of parameters of monolayer films from phospholipids and albumin was shown. On monolayer from distearoylphosphatidylcholine the membrane activity of some perspective medicinal means is revealed. The effective computer algorithm capable to division of compounds on classes correspondingly to their influence on functional parts signaling systems. With the help of this algorithm the bioregulatory stereotype of new medicines was predicted. Sphere of use - bioorganic chemistry.
