Essay

The non-inhibited and inhibited reactions of oxidization of сLi-greases and influencing on them of structural-technological factors. Establishment of kinetic conformity of process of oxidization of cLi-greases and determination of their optimum composition. Adsorption chromatography, mass-spectrometry, ІR-spectroscopy, analytical methods. Procedure has been developed and the instrument was modified for evaluation of anti-oxidation stability of greases against their end parameters. The mechanism of oxidative transformations in greases depending upon the mol ration and the type of fatty component and acids was proposed. Under conditions of promoted oxidation and autooxidation of Lithium complex grease over the range of temperatures from 115 to 180 °C, it was taken into account and quantitatively characterized practically all main reactions, which are known from the theory of liquid-phase oxidation. Based on all those data, the model for research of inhibited oxidation has been worked out. It was evaluated and compared the efficiency of inhibition action of a series of commercial and perspective antioxidants, their synergetic mixtures and also metal powders. Sphere of use - petrochemistry.
