Kachurin S. Tactics of carrying out judicial-handwriting examination.

The investigations of both complex acting theoretical and practical problems together with the carrying out Judicial handwriting examination have been done. Moreover, the experimental patterns of handwriting and signatures have been chosen. The methods and ways of handwriting examination development are determined in this paper both as subjects of scientific field and as in practical activity. It has been proved that carrying out judicial examination and selecting the patterns of handwriting are the results of investigation activity, which demands the development of suitable tactical methods of carrying out this examination. Some stages of preparation, prescribing, performing, examining, investigating, evaluating and re-controlling of carrying out the examination are given. They are performed both at stage one and at a final stage of carrying out judicial – handwriting examination. Branch classification of patterns for experimental investigation is developed in which the objects of criminal legislature are considered to be independent categories. Technological and tactical levels of patterns and methods proper to them are chosen during this experiment. Particular attention is given to the situation aimed at the checked personality whose experimental patterns of handwriting and signatures are taken. The types of offences of definite criminals are defined due to the patterns of handwriting and signature, used forging somebody's signature. Some suggestions improving the procedure of selecting experimental patterns for investigation are made.
