Bass D. Innovative strategy of international markets of financial services development

The international and open national financial services' markets as an element of system of the international currency-financial services and as an element of system of the international currency-financial, credit, payment, settlement relations. Development of methodological bases of optimization of payment systems on the basis of revealing system and functional characteristics of the international payment system of tendencies of development of the international payment systems in conditions of modern internationalization and distribution of information technologies. Methods: system analysis, induction and deduction, ratio system of the general and individual, general-civilized and national. There were investigated the tendency of development of financial systems in conditions of globalization and becoming of an information society, in particular information aspects of the modern global market of services, regularities of institutional policy of optimization of financial systems, evolutions of the international payment mechanisms. It was shown, that formation of the modern open financial systems in a context regulatory and commercial strategy occurs under the influence of new international mechanisms of financing, innovations in state regulation of the financial markets, commercial and corporate strategy. There were formulated conceptual approaches to formation of innovative strategy of development of the domestic markets of financial services under the account of modern directions of evolution of the financial services' markets and regulatory systems. There were proved innovative approaches of optimization strategy of the financial services' markets under the account transformational specificities and problems of development of real sector of Ukrainian economy.
