Essay

Has been revealed strong correlation between intensity of growth as a thallus (sterile, fertile) than different of metamers of a fertile Chara thallus and qualitative composition and quantitative content of phytohormones. Has been demonstrated, that quantitative content of phytohormones and their distribution in protoplast of one internode of Chara contraria were changed from maximum level in young growing to minimum level in differential old cell.
