Essay

The problem of evolution of salon music is researched in the dissertation including its general origin and peculiarities and stages of its development in European culture. Chronological stages of salon existence as a unique artistical and culturel phenomenon are also explained. Traditions of the piano performance in salon as a part of the common cultural traditions as well as salon repertoire of different historical periods are observed in the work. For the first time salon art is proposed as a form of existence of a special type of commucations in which music realies this kind of communicative act.
