the object - defects of hard fabrics of lateral teeth, standards of construction materials, fixative cement, extraction teeth; the aims to increase of efficiency orthopaedic medical treatment stomatology patients by the study of clinical features of defects part of lateral teeth, properties of construction materials and hard fabrics of tooth physical and chemical, and and adequate choice of fixative material; the methods - clinical, rentgenological, laboratory, statistical; the new - thesis is devoted to the research of issues regarding replacing corona defects of lateral teeth with supplementary elements, and to the estimation of received results; the outcomes - thesis includes indications for different types of supplementary elements for lateral teeth replacement.
