Essay

The complex of negative factors of social isolation, which provoke development of decompensation of mental state in prisoners with disorders of personality and behaviour. It was found that in clinical structure of disorders of personality and behaviour in young prisoners disocial, hysteric, emotional-unstabile and paranoid disorders are dominant. The prognostic criteria of development of decompensation in prisoners with disorders of personality and behaviour are worked out. The complex system of prophylaxis of decompensation is worked out.
