the object - persons of gerontological age with complete absence of teeth; the aims to increase of efficiency orthopaedic medical treatment persons of gerontological age by the improvement of constructions of complete removable prosthetic appliances on the basis of study kliniko-morfological features of oral cavity at such patients; the methods - clinical, microbiological, laboratory, rentgenological,morphological, statistical; the new -there are new aspects of lamellar dentures nowadays; the outcomes - the original individual tray was proposed for the record's receiving in unpleasant events and also the special fixator which allows to receive a functional record with using all movements of lower jaw.
