An object is working organs, instruments and machines for before sowing till of soil, technological process of preparation of soil under sowing of flax; a purpose is providing of high quality and power cost cutting on before sowing till of soil under flax on the basis of rational technological chart grounding of the combined soil processing machine, parameters of its working organs and working modes; methods – systems analysis and synthesis, theory of the composition design and systemotekhnics, modeling and experimental researches, graphic-analytic and logic analysis, mathematical statistics; novelty – improved scientifically–methodical bases and the algorithm of synthesis of the combined machine for before sowing till of soil under flax is first developed; parameters and descriptions of working organs which by common action in the structure of the combined machine provide high-quality transformation of the preliminary treated soil in the necessary state with minimum power expenses are first set; results – a technological chart is developed and the parameters of the combined machine are grounded for before sowing till of soil under flax; it is inculcated in the enterprises-producers of agricultural technique; the sphere of the use is agricultural production.
