Knysh V. Principles of the landed law of Ukraine

The thesis was devoted to the scientific research of theoretical and practical problems of understanding and realization of principles of the landed law of Ukraine. On the basis of analysis of encyclopaedic, scientific literature from theory of state and law, land law, Ukrainian land legislation a theoretical description of principles of land law is given. At first the author explores the features of the general notion "principle" and genitive notion "principle of law". Taking into account their correlation with principles of land law and opposing on the already existent scientific approaches, the author gives the definition of principles of land law, grounds their signs, action mechanism and classification.
