Bajda A. Responsibility for illegal medical activity on The Penal Code of Ukraine (analysis of corpus delict, questions of qualification)

Dissertation is devoted the problems of responsibility for illegal medical activity, and also to the unfolded analysis of signs of corpus, foreseen an item 138 criminal delict. The analysis of concept «Illegal medical activity» is first conducted in research, his correlation is set with a concept «treatment», taking a place in The Penal Code of Ukraine 1960, and also the special subjects of illegal medical activity are first analysed, their typology is offered in this connection. Research also contains of principle positions of author in relation to correlation of illegal medical activity with a swindle and illegal abortion. Formulated suggestion in relation to perfection of the proper positions of current criminal legislation of Ukraine and practice of his application
